DATELINE: Hosanna, Ethiopia

Our largest numbers this week occurred today at the Jewish Voice medical clinic in Hosanna, Ethiopia—more than 2,000 patients and nearly 900 expressions of faith in Yeshua! Hundreds from the Gefat community came to experience the historic launch of the only Messianic congregation in the region! Jonathan Bernis, President and CEO of Jewish Voice Ministries International, and I challenged the people to exalt the name of Yeshua.

Consider joining us on a Jewish Voice medical mission as a volunteer!  All throughout the year, we host international medical outreaches for underprivileged Jewish communities in remote parts of Africa and India that feature free treatment for medical, eye, and dental conditions. Our five-day clinics bring not only physical healing through medicine and medical procedures, but also spiritual healing through sharing the Gospel of Yeshua and through prayer. You don’t have to be a medical professional to raise your own support and come on a humanitarian outreach with us; you just need to be willing to serve with a heart of compassion. Sign up for an upcoming outreach.

Thousands Reached on the Streets of Mexico City

By Jonathan Gannon,
Jewish Voice Director of Global Outreach

DATELINE: Mexico City
September 5, 2012

A view of Mexico City from the prayer room.

Greetings once again from Mexico City, where things are running with great intensity. We have been amazed with the results on the streets from the past few days. The theme of the past two days has been “breakthrough.”  The testimonies we are hearing from “Denny” and the street outreach team are “Book of Acts” amazing.

The role of the street outreach team (nearly 200 people every day) is to strategically saturate areas of the city (primarily Jewish community areas) with Festival invitations (a.k.a fliers). In the process of handing the invitations to people on the streets, the team is trained to engage people in evangelistic conversations.

The results have been staggering: Sunday – 40,000 invitations and 52 salvations, Monday – 90,000 invitations and 80 salvations, and Tuesday – 130,000 invitations distributed and 170 salvations. The running tally after three days is this: 260,000 distributed Festival invitations and 302 salvations. Praise the Lord! (more…)

Pastors Thank Jewish Voice

Jewish Voice Ministries and Jonathan Bernis have been great blessings to Phoenix First Assembly and to me personally. Jonathan is a very gifted speaker, communicator, and a passionate soul winner. He is also one of the nicest men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Jonathan has a heart not only for people, but for churches.”

Phoenix First Assembly

“Because we believe God when He told Abram: “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse…” we sought help from Jewish Voice Ministries to learn our responsibility to His Chosen People. We believe God is using Jewish Voice Ministries to cause Christians to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem” and to “hear” the truth about our responsibility to Israel.”

— Pastor Arnold M. Ritchey
Central Community Church of God

“We have had the opportunity and blessing to have Jewish Voice in our church a number of times. The message was relevant and enlightning. We believe in the Jewish Voice ministry and strongly recommend them to any church body.”
