A marathon through Mexico City September 2, 2012.

Upon leaving the hotel Sunday morning, we witnessed a marathon taking over the streets of Mexico City. Fortunately, we were still able to have our group go to a large evangelistic event hosted by an area church.

The Klezmeranians and The Messiah Dance Company were able to bless us with song and dance as we invited people to attend our Hear O’ Israel! Festival of Jewish Music & Dance outreach this week at the Auditorio Nacional.

Our festival participants worshipping in dance at the side of the stage Sunday morning, September 2, 2012.

Jonathan Bernis then delivered an amazing message of salvation to the Jewish People of Mexico. It was a day of blessing and unity with our brothers and sisters in Mexico. We had a short two-hour outreach.

Sunday night, one of our Messianic rabbis led a training session, instructing the Christian Mexican community in Jewish evangelism. More than 700 locals attended this event! Mexican Christians from a variety of churches have come together to join us in this Festival. The response of the Christian community in Mexico has been amazing. The Spirit of the Lord is moving in this city and in this country, bringing compassion and desire to see the Jewish People come to know the Messiah.
