In the busyness of the holiday season, when we are often caught up in the stress of plans and deadlines, it can be so easy to forget those things that we should praise God for. So we decided to take a moment and really think about how God has blessed us this year at Jewish Voice. Here are just some of the thoughts from three of our staff. We hope that reading these words will bring to remembrance just how good God has been to you in 2010.
Like any Believer, I’m most thankful that I have the promise of salvation through my Yeshua, since the Bible tells me that if I don’t have Him, then I don’t have anything.
Secondly, I’m thankful for my wife and children, and friends and relatives. Their support and love have been unfailing, unceasing, and, most of all, unbelievable.
And then, I am thankful that I can be used in my calling as an evangelist for Jewish Voice Ministries International. It is a most profound and humbling experience to know that God is using you in the way you’re supposed to be used, by carrying the message of Yeshua and Jewish roots to churches all across the world.
Thanks and glory be to God above.
— Jack Zimmerman,
I am thankful for my life in the Lord. It is a wonderful journey, filled with surprises and growth. Also, I am thankful for my beautiful bride of 30 years and the three incredible children God has given us. Finally, the gift of laughter—it is one of the ways I am reminded that the Lord’s Spirit is at work within our frail human nature.
